Bireylerin olumlu ya da olumsuz olaylar kar??s?nda gösterdikleri tepkiler de?i?ebilmektedir. Özellikle zorlay?c? durumlarla kar?? kar??ya kalan bireylerin baz?lar? bu durumlara y?lmadan verip, çözüm bulmaya çal???rken, pes edip kaç?nmay? tercih edebilmektedir. Psikolojik olarak dü?ük yüksek düzeyde tecrübe ettikleri durum psikolojik sa?laml?k kavram? ile ifade edilmektedir. Alan yaz?nda yap?lan ara?t?rmalar incelendi?inde sözü edilen kavram?n i? ç?kt?lar? ili?kilendirildi?i görülmektedir. Buradan hareketle, çal??man?n amac?, lisansüstü e?itim alan ö?rencilerde kariyer kararl?l???n?n iyi olu? üzerine etkisinde sa?laml???n arac?l?k rolü üstlenip üstlenmedi?ini tespit etmektir. Ara?t?rman?n örneklemini 252 ö?renci olu?turmaktad?r. Ara?t?rmada veriler anket yöntemi elde edilmi?tir. Veriler kolayda örnekleme toplanm??t?r. Tan?mlay?c? istatistikler, normallik, geçerlilik, güvenirlik ve Pearson korelasyon analizleri gerçekle?tirilmi?tir. Arac?l?k hipotezini test etmek amac?yla yap?sal e?itlik modeli (YEM) faydalan?lm??t?r. Ara?t?rma sonucuna göre, üzerindeki üstlendi?i
